It is situated within walking distance to Rockley Beach and other amenities available along the main South Coast road.  It takes approximately 10-12 minutes to walk to the coast road and less than 5 minutes by car to get to Rockley Beach and other amenities.

You enter the compound through a door with a coded entry system, and lovely palm trees line the walkway to the townhouse.  On entering, the large open-plan kitchen is on the right with ample granite countertops and it faces onto the living room that leads out to a covered courtyard where the dining area and another lounging area are located.

Both air-conditioned bedrooms are located upstairs: the master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom while the guest bedroom contains two single beds, which can be made into a king bed on request. The other bathroom is located at the top of the stairs next to the guest bedroom.

Bridgetown and its environs are within easy reach, as is the Garrison Savannah which is located in the historic World Heritage Site. Horse racing, surfing at BrandonΒ’s, the South Coast Boardwalk, bars, nightlife and public transport are all easily accessed.

Off-street parking is provided for one vehicle, the townhouse is bright and comfortable and the location makes it desirable for both holidaymakers as well as corporate rentals.
