Mistle Cove is a secure gated community that enjoys a stunning location on the waterΒ’s edge in the heart of St Lawrence Gap. There is ample private off-road parking with an electric vehicle gate and coded pedestrian gate access. There is also a communal swimming pool with an outdoor shower and direct private beach access and being on the fourth floor, means it nicely catches the cooling breeze.

It is situated in a great location just a two-minute walk from Dover Beach and approximately a fifteen-minute drive from both the Airport and Bridgetown. There are bars, restaurants, a convenience store, street vendors, and a taxi rank all nearby. It is there if you want it, but not obtrusive if you donΒ’t. It is located on the main bus route or if you prefer, there are supermarkets and a bank just a short stroll away.

As you come into the apartment, past the open plan kitchen, through the main living area and French doors, you will walk out onto the private balcony. Here you will be captivated by the stunning uninterrupted ocean views accompanied by the gentle sounds of the sea. You will likely spend many hours relaxing here and maybe spotting the occasional sea turtle surfacing for air whilst swimming next to the beach.

The interior is finished with porcelain floor tiles and granite worktops. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans and wardrobe space.

The master bedroom has a panoramic bay window overlooking the ocean and French doors leading onto the balcony. It has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and a shower. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a laundry area with a washing machine, a tumble drier, and an iron and ironing board.
